Grek heýkeli däl, sowuk hem gedem,
Ýok, munda erk küýsän ynsanlara ýar,
Aýal dur kenarda, ýagty ýyldyz dek,
Elinde-de ýyldyrymyň ody bar.
Ene deýin garşy alýar geleni,
Ýoksullar ähline ol çyn howandar,
Ebedi ýalkanar nazar salany,
Bu kenarda hiç kes bolmaz erke zar.
“Siz, gedem döwletler, hoşal özünden,
Ýollaň maňa ýadanlary gazapdan,
Erk küýsäp ganly ýaş akan gözünden!
Adamlara ömrün arzuwlar bezän,
Azatlyk heýkeli, tümde maýak sen,
Ýagty çyragy sen Altyn Derwezäň!”
