Reference Requests

Please submit all queries via the form below and we will do our best to assist you and/or direct you to the proper resources. Please ask only ONE question per email request and please be as specific as possible.

Staff time is limited to 20 minutes per patron for reference questions. In-depth research is available on a fee-for-service basis for individuals and institutions. (see FEES).

Reference queries are answered in the order in which they are received. Those e-mailing or faxing, as well as those writing letters, should expect a response within 3 to 4 weeks.
